“Mint”

These items are in excellent condition! They may have the most minor of imperfections, but they are in really great condition! 

“Near Mint”

These items may only have a few minor imperfections. We may have written just a few words about those imperfections, but we may not have, as they are very minor. 

“Good”

These items are in nice condition but has some relatively minor imperfections. If they are within the image, they are not very distracting at all, or they may be in the blank borders, or on the edges where they will not show when the item is displayed. If the imperfections are not visible in the photos, we will add a few words in the description outlining them.

“Fair”

These items have some significant imperfections. If they are within the image, they are likely noticeable, and they may be in the blank borders, where they may be more significant. If the imperfections are not visible in the photos, we will add a few words in the description outlining them.

“Poor”

These items have typically suffered some kind of significant damage. If they are within the image, they are likely noticeable and distracting, and they may be in the blank borders, where they may be even more significant. If the imperfections are not visible in the photos, we will add a few words in the description outlining them. Please do not bid or purchase these items unless you accept that it will be significantly damaged.

In an effort to make the sales process as upfront and as easy as possible everything on GetKulture ships for free to any address in the continental US! If you are an international buyer please check out MyUS.com to obtain a US address and they also offer some great international shipping rates as well.

Return Policy

Notification Period:
Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order about any damaged or defective products.

Provide Proof:
Customers are required to provide clear photographs or videos showcasing the damage or defect.

Return Authorization:
Upon approval, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued. The RA number should be clearly marked on the return package.

Return Shipping:
The customers is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 21 business days.

Exceptions:
Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Request:
Customers wishing to exchange a product must contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving the order.

Stock Availability:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange request, customers will be offered a refund or store credit.

Condition of Product:
Items to be exchanged must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs.

Processing Time:
Once the item for exchange is received and inspected, the exchanged item will be shipped within 21 business days.

Price Difference:
If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If the exchanged item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exceptions:
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for exchange.
